The research, historical interpretation, opinions, and final decisions about what is published are mine. AI does not replace working with sources, reading historians, visiting archives and historical sites, or the conversations and experiences that have shaped my understanding of this history. I read and edit everything before it is published, and I take responsibility for what appears on this website. If I get something wrong, I want to know about it.
